Renter

Transportation

Renter provides an electric two-wheeler subscription service for last-mile delivery in Central and Eastern Europe. We replace petrol scooters and delivery cars with EU-compliant e-bikes and e-mopeds engineered for long, demanding courier shifts in dense urban areas. Riders and logistics companies pay a weekly or monthly fee that includes the vehicle, all maintenance, and a 30-minute repair-or-replace guarantee, ensuring zero downtime and no income lost to breakdowns. Active in Bucharest and Chișinău, we focus on high-traffic neighbourhoods where delivery activity and emissions peak. By combining low-emission vehicles with circular repair processes and the recycling of worn parts, we help cities cut CO₂ while giving couriers a more stable and predictable way to work. Renter has grown from a high-school project into a cross-border mobility company with €700k raised, 300 active vehicles, and approximately €36,000 in monthly recurring revenue. We primarily support low-income and immigrant couriers and have earned more than 530 five-star reviews from riders. A core value of our team is a strict “zero-waste” mindset, not just in materials, but in eliminating wasted time and money for couriers. Instead of navigating repairs, research, and unreliable vehicles, riders receive a ready-to-use solution that makes sustainable mobility simple, fast, and accessible.
