Why should I join GCIP?

The Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) is a key initiative of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). In Mongolia, the programme promotes clean technology innovation and entrepreneurship while supporting the development of sustainable green businesses and jobs. The programme is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC), Development Solutions NGO, and the Climate Change Research and Cooperation Center (CCRCC).

Through the GCIP Mongolia Accelerator, selected entrepreneurs receive intensive business acceleration training, individual mentoring, expert advisory services, and support to strengthen their business models, market strategies, and investment readiness. Participants also gain opportunities to connect with financial institutions, investors, corporations, public institutions, and other ecosystem partners in Mongolia.
